What We Are

Launched in 2022, Perspective South provides a space for amplification of
perspectives, stories, voices and narratives from the Global South, alongside content
that examines International Law through Third World Approaches (TWAIL).

Why We Do It

The first step to getting along, is understanding one another. While publics in both the Global North and South frequently consume media that effectively communicates Global North perception, culture, ideals and values, the contrarywise is rare. It’s important that this gap is filled.

How We Do It

Through easily accessible videos, posts, expert contributions, interviews, dialogue, podcasts, idioms, art & cultural exchanges, analysis of trending global news, education on international law terminology, and humour, that presents a side of the Global South that assists in understanding it better.
